MIGHT GOD BE REALLY GOOD AND MAN JUST DOESNT SEE IT?

I know I am extremely late to post this. I can't quite come up with a good enough excuse to wriggle my way out of this. Instead, I'll apologize sincerely and get right into it๐Ÿ˜Š. I'm forgiven. Yes?

Last month(but one), I chose to delve into the goodness of God, dissecting this fact in a way that I felt God leading me to. Writing part one of the post wasn't difficult. However, i never did know what I was getting myself into.

The goodness and existence of God is a topic that has quite a number of angles to look at. I must say that i hit a dead lock. And i just didn't know how to move on from part one. Okay, that is the surface reason. The real reason that I didn't feel I was in a good enough place to hear from God. But then, I had a brilliant idea.

This brilliant idea involved bringing on board a brilliant minded girl. I think I should call her crazy๐Ÿ˜‰but crazy in a good way. Lets call it crazy with a touch of her Heavenly Father, coated with refined but ever growing faith. You should read her post here

She has wisdom beyond her age. This wisdom isn't other-worldly. Her's is spirit filled and has God written all over it. She helped me write part 1b the last post๐Ÿ˜Š.

Hello Becky,
I think one of the hardest things someone has ever asked me to do is to write for them a part 2 of their own story. My greatest struggle though was, "how do I even do that, our languages are so different," you know me so well. You once said that, "it's time the world had a taste of what a good kind of Crazy is๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚". So, with that, I'll just do my thing๐Ÿ˜Œ.

I don’t know whether this is part 2 or part 1b, or even a response to part one? You and the readers will judge for yourselves... That's because, my approach to it is guided by the question:
Might God be actually really good, and man just doesn't see it?

I too I'm not a 'Bible scholar' or an apologetic, but I can say, I am a student of the Holy Spirit when it comes to the word of God. I rely on His breathing of life upon the scriptures I read, to give me fresh revelation and understanding of them. So, whenever critics come with those statements, "If God is real why is…" I ask them questions like, "If barbers and hairdressers exist, why are there people with shaggy hair?"…

Thank you again, for reminding me in your intro why God created me: To share his love with Him... Sometimes I imagine this is what might have happened in day 0 of creation๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ˜‚ ...

God: Oh, my love, Abe, I am tired of having you living only in my heart/mind how about I put you in a body where I can see you... We will still be one and especially as you stay in worshiping me. But now I will get to constantly behold you with my eyes also...

He therefore creates another world for him, one that allows him to manifest what is in his nature; the nature that reflects God's image and likeness i.e. a dominator and a multiplier... So Genesis Chapter 1 is spent preparing this new abode for His beloved: an abode that is still in Big Old Man's heart, but also in front of his eyes☺…

God: Aah! Perfect, Now, I can talk with and fellowship with this one who is constantly before me...

*... He looked and said, "It is very good… day 6..."*

But… Oooh! One day… Nooo!

*The Fall…

God: ๐ŸŽถAaadaaam! where are you๐ŸŽถ?

Of course he knew where he was, He is the omniscient one… But the love he had for him, 1st Cor 13:7  "… love believes the best of others …" caused him to ask this. He knew, but He wanted Adam to say it himself. Because confession causes sin to lose its grip on us, and since love forgives before even sin is committed, it leads to repentance… and freedom…

But wait, why Adam? And not Eve, she is the one who ate first then gave to the husband. Right? Oh yes, there are many reasons why its him, but this one is the one I find most intriguing: Eve was deceived but Adam sinned intentionally.

How? You ask? I like to call it the first case of Romeo and Juliet with a little twist to it ๐Ÿ˜‹. When Adam realizes he didn’t stop the devil from tempting His wife, he decides that, "If she is dying from this disobedience, then I die with her, I eat too…"

So basically, it was an act of love, but not TRUE LOVE, it was love, but with a corrupted mind... He should just have let God come and sort Eve out… Resurrect her maybe, rather than take matters into his own hands. But oh well… So, God goes ahead to do what He has to do… Some call them judgements, punishments or curses; and others say they are explanations of the consequences of what they've done… look out for part 2 to see my view of this.

As they move from one generation to another, the knowledge and fear of God in them becomes lesser and lesser. They become more and more evil… to the point that, by the time Noah is born, these humans have already messed up their DNA by mixing with angelic seed. I used to think that Noah was the only man at that time who didn’t have a corrupted DNA but looking closely at Genesis 5:30… He had brothers and sisters. So why Did God choose particularly Him?

Grace! … But Noah, found grace in the eyes of the Lord... Genesis 6:1. He probably wasn't even a flawless guy as we may have thought. I mean, we see him get drank after the flood… But Grace!!! And so, the mystery of God's grace, begins to unfold…

God: If I am going to click reset, I am going to do so through a man who has found grace in my eyes… If a man looks at me and sees that I am gracious, I will count that as righteousness and work with him. Now all I am going to require of man is to believe in me. I will no longer require of them to do things for me. For they can't, it's no longer in their nature.

So, listen to me Noah, I want you to build an ark. Invite whosoever believes. Just tell them there is rain coming for cleaning up the earth, but if no one enters the ark, they will be treated as part of the trash…

No one entered, only the son's wives and animals. You would think that seeing a line of animals moving into the ark would cause them to think twice, but no! Sin was incredibly rampant in those days.

And I am not surprised. Haven't you heard of areas recently where even cows left their homesteads and camped on mountains then in a few days an earthquake happens and the home owners die?... Even more weird is, these guys were only being asked to enter the ark. Not to even repent…as we get to see in future generations; or help Noah build the ark… No, just enter the ark! But we all know the story. That generation died, and God began afresh with Noah and His family.

Sadly, the water couldn’t undo what had happened in the garden… Not even the beautiful animal sacrifice that Noah prepared. He needed pure human blood. The seed of the woman, as He had said in Genesis 3:15

So, in the meantime, He put out a symbol of His love in the sky: Love is patient, love is kind … it bears all things… When you see the rainbow๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ when you see the rainbow๐Ÿ‘… remember I am Love☺

With this fresh start, He blesses man again: Be fruitful and multiply… And multiply he did… but so did evil and sin! This time man doesn’t want to only believe, he wants to do something for God, to earn righteousness… So, God gives him a list of dos and don’ts. He starts with 10 to test them, then 613… but they break all of them!... Can we talk about this in part 2? Okay thanks…

In the meantime, I live you with this question:
Might God be actually really good, and man just doesn't see it?
